Franklin County Lion football fans first waited out a rainstorm (left) Friday but then had to line up at ticket boots for refunds after the game between Franklin County and Habersham Central was cancelled due to lightning. The game has been rescheduled for Sept. 27.
The Franklin County Lions will welcome the Habersham Central Raiders tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Ed Bryant Stadium for Franklin's home opener.
