By Shane Scoggins Publisher   CARNESVILLE – Franklin County’s new Unified Development Code is now ready for review. The Franklin County Planning Commission will hold a hearing on the 417-page code May 19 and then vote on whether or not to recommend that county commissioners approve the new law.

From staff reports   CARNESVILLE — Two people were arrested Monday as suspects in a bank robbery, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

Carnesville says no to liquor store
