By Shane Scoggins Publisher   The Franklin County Middle School Cubs brought home the team’s second consecutive NEGIAA region championship Thursday. The Cubs avenged their only loss of the season with a 26-8 win over Hart County Middle School in Hartwell’s Herndon Stadium.
