Royston retires after 60 years at drug stores

By Samantha Sinclair Staff Writer   ROYSTON — When she was 14 years old, Gail Royston started working at Wray’s Drug Store. After 60 years in the business, she retired from Royston Drug Store this month, where she worked as a pharmacy tech.

Raises budgeted for teachers

The Franklin County Sheriff Office received a report June 8 at about 2:30 p.m. that George Allen Gray, 62, of Roach Road was missing and last seen June 4.
