The Royston City Council took actions Tuesday to pave the way for the rebuilding of the Dill’s Food City grocery store in Royston.

A man charged with the 2016 murder of Lavonia businessman Sam Harbin has agreed to a bench trial, which is scheduled for June 23 at 9:30 a.m. at the historic Franklin County Courthouse.
