By Shane Scoggins Publisher   CARNESVILLE – The chairman of the Franklin-Hart Airport Authority has been indicted by a Franklin County grand jury for swapping a hangar he owned with one owned by the authority. Eddie Addison Sr.

LAVONIA – There were plenty of crafts from glass art to jewelry to look at and purchase at the Lavonia Fall Festival Saturday, including from the Bottle Benders wind chimes booth (above photo). And children had the opportunity to slide and enjoy other activities.
