Kendrick said both schools’ improvement teams have already created an action plan based on the information from the assessments.
The city has advertised plans to maintain the millage rates for property owners in the city at 10 mills.
E-SPLOST V paid for the Career, Technical and Agriculture Education building project at Franklin County High School, as well as other facility projects throughout the system.
