Insurance rates in Canon should be going down thanks to an improvement in the city’s ISO rating.
Mark Jerome of the Canon Fire Department told the city council Tuesday that a recent Insurance Services Office (ISO) inspection was completed and the city’s fire department’s rating has improved from a rating of Class 6 to a rating of Class 2.
