CARNESVILLE – Royston City Council Member Lee Strickland and his wife Sheena may continue to vote in the city of Royston and Franklin County. After a four-hour hearing Wednesday, the Franklin County Board of Elections and Registration voted 3-2 to dismiss a challenge to the Stricklands’ residency claim in Royston and to disqualify them from voting.
