County, Lavonia increase funds to libraries

The Franklin County Libraries are filling a hole in their budget with the help of county and city officials. Franklin County Commissioners voted Monday to increase its contribution to the libraries by $7,000, and the Lavonia City Council increased its contribution by $4,000.
