CARNESVILLE – A new U.S. flag is raised last week over the Franklin County Senior Center as part of Flag Day ceremonies. Royston Chapter 251 of WoodmenLife hosted a pair of Flag Day ceremonies June 14, one at the senior center and one at the former Carnesville Elementary School.
