ROYSTON – The City of Royston honored two outgoing council members Monday with a reception at City Hall. Wayne Braswell and Lee Strickland were presented plaques to commemorate their service on the city council by Mayor Keith Turman. Braswell said he is retiring from the board, while Strickland said he plans to run again in the future.
