MARTIN – Ashley Rose Dodd snapped this photo of a rainbow from the porch of her home in Martin Sunday around 8:30 p.m. after strong storms blew through Northeast Georgia. Franklin County was spared any major damage, but the rainbows spawned many beautiful photos posted on local Facebook accounts.
