Commissioners ask for time, civility on future of wastewater agreement

Franklin County Commissioners asked for time Tuesday to consider more options before voting to back out of an agreement with Franklin Springs to treat county wastewater. And, the board asked for civility in the face of threats against commissioners and their livelihoods.
