Regular polling places will be open on Nov. 2 for the election and early voting is begin held through Oct. 29 at the Franklin County Elections and Registration Office in Carnesville. The ballot will include four different questions on whether or not to approve liquor by the drink, package sales, liquor by the drink on Sundays and package sales on Sundays. Franklin County is one of the few counties in the state that is still a “dry” county, where alcohol sales are not allowed in the unincorporated areas of the county.
