Rezoning sought for nearly 800 lots in two developments
Corridor Development Inc. of Lawrenceville is seeking to rezone two pieces of property near Exit 160 on I-85. One development at the intersection of Highways 59 and 51 just south of Exit 160, would have 399 lots on 47.48 acres for townhomes.
