Developers resubmit townhome plan for Spring Street project
Developers Gunter Vickery Properties LLC has resubmitted a plan to build townhomes on Spring Street at the intersection with Vickery Street. The area was included in a previous plan(pictured) turned down by the Lavonia City Council in January.

LAVONIA – A developer whose request was denied to rezone property on Spring Street for a townhome development has reapplied.
