Royston school site has few hazard, environmental issues
ROYSTON – Phase I of the site selection for the new Royston Elementary School has been completed.
An analysis of the location of the current school and neighboring available property found few environmental issues or hazards and that the site would be “conditionally acceptable.”
The Franklin County Board of Education has started early work to build a new Royston Elementary School.
The evaluation of the current site and adjoining land was the first step in the work.
