CARNESVILLE – A Mexican company that builds equipment for poultry houses will be the very first industry to open in the Central Franklin Industrial Park.
Kool Farm LLC signed papers Tuesday to purchase 10 acres in the park for a $2 million facility that will make cool cells for the poultry industry.
Kool Farm is a part of a parent company named Klean Air, based in Torreon, Mexico.
